You have been teleported to the highest tower of the Doom Keep and there is no possibility of jumping from the top without killing yourself in the process.
The only means of escaping is to fight your way down the tower's stairs, filled with monsters.
It seems like a hopeless mission, but at least you have a chance to survive.
